Terms & Conditions – 53rd ISAME FORUM 2025
By registering for the 53rd ISAME FORUM 2025 (“Event”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Registration & Payment
- Registration is confirmed only upon successful payment through the official registration portal.
- Fees can be paid in either INR or USD through the supported payment gateway – RazorPay.
- All payments must be completed before the last registration date mentioned on the website.
- Participants will receive a confirmation email with their booking details upon successful payment.
- Participation is non-transferable without prior written approval from the organizing team.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be requested in writing (via email to isameforum25@gmail.com).
- Refunds are subject to the following timeline:
- Up to 30 days before the event: 75% refund.
- 15–29 days before the event: 50% refund.
- Less than 15 days before the event: No refund.
- A flat administrative fee of INR 1000 / USD 10 will be deducted from all refunds.
- No refunds will be granted for no-shows or early departures.
- In case of event cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, pandemic restrictions, etc.), a full or partial refund will be issued at the discretion of the organizers.
Transportation
- The Forum organizers may offer optional group transportation services (details provided on the website).
- Participants choosing group transportation must opt-in during registration.
- The organizing team is not responsible for delays, missed connections, or personal arrangements made independently.
- Any additional charges arising from special transport requests or last-minute changes will be borne by the participant.
Code of Conduct
- All attendees are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly during the event.
- The organizers reserve the right to remove any participant from the event for inappropriate behaviour, without refund.
Liability Disclaimer
- The organizers are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by participants during travel or the event.
- Participants are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
- It is recommended that participants have personal insurance coverage.
Currency and Tax
- Payments in INR are inclusive of applicable GST as per Indian regulations.
- International payments in USD may be subject to foreign exchange fees by your bank or card provider.
